1. CANCELLATION: As per the Terms & Conditions of the booking form, there will be a cancellation fee of $200 if you cancel 60 days before the Event. If you cancel 30 days before the Event a cancellation fee of $1,500 will be incurred. This will be applicable if you do not organize a senior person to replace you. The cost of the additional flight ticket for your replacement will not be covered by Global Exchange Events but by the delegate or delegate’s company. 2. There will also be a $60 late admin fee to any changes made to delegate name and or flight information 30 days prior to the Event. 3. Travel insurance, visa requirements and vaccinations (where applicable) must be organized by the delegate. 4. Should the organizer cancel the Event, payments made in respect of each event will be refunded in full. The organizer shall not be liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such cancellation.
