The Single Family Exchange is an invitation-only hosted buyer event that brings single family builders and vetted suppliers together for pre-scheduled, one-on-one meetings. Unlike trade shows, every meeting is mutually matched to ensure relevance. The format is designed to compress months of outreach into three focused days.
The Single Family Exchange brings together two groups: custom home builders, production builders, high-end remodelers, and build-for-rent operators who are actively seeking vendors, and a carefully vetted group of vendors and manufacturers who supply single family construction.
Attendance is intentionally limited—every person in the room is pre-qualified to help ensure your time is spent with people who are genuinely relevant to your work.
Supplier packages include guaranteed one-on-one meetings with qualified single family decision makers, hotel accommodations, hosted meals, airport transfers, and media and branding opportunities to extend your visibility beyond the event. Higher-tier packages also include enhanced buyer experience perks, giving you additional touchpoints with decision makers outside of your scheduled meetings. Multiple package options are available to fit different goals and budgets.
Meeting schedules are arranged based on your submitted rankings, active projects, and mutual relevance. Before the event, all attendees share which categories, companies, or project types are most relevant to them. Our system uses that input to build personalized meeting schedules that reflect those preferences while ensuring the best overall fit across the room.
Suppliers can include additional team member passes depending on their investment tier—a great opportunity to bring a sales or technical specialist who can add depth to your meetings. Builder guest attendance is one seat per qualified individual, though we encourage you to reach out if you have a colleague who may also qualify.
Builder guests are purchasing executives who are actively building or remodeling single family homes and have decision-making authority over product specification or procurement. This includes custom builders, production builders, luxury remodelers, and build-for-rent operators. If you’re not sure whether you qualify, apply and our team will follow up.
Builders and developers with purchasing or specification authority are hosted as our guests. Suppliers who provide products or services relevant to single family construction and management are welcome to invest in one of our sponsorship packages. For qualified builder guests, yes—we take care of everything. Hotel accommodations, travel, all meals, and evening events and entertainment are fully covered. Supplier packages include transportation from the airport, hotel accommodations, and all meals throughout the event, along with full access to evening events and entertainment.
