The Single Family Exchange brings together two groups.
On one side: single family builders of every kind—production builders, custom and regional builders, build-to-rent developers, and the general contractors who run their projects—all actively sourcing for live work.
On the other: a carefully vetted group of manufacturers and suppliers who serve single family construction. Attendance is intentionally limited and every person in the room is pre-qualified, so your time is spent with people genuinely relevant to your work.
Supplier packages include guaranteed one-on-one meetings with qualified single family decision-makers, hotel accommodations, hosted meals, airport transfers, and media and branding opportunities that extend your visibility beyond the event. Higher tiers add enhanced builder-experience perks, giving you extra touchpoints with decision-makers outside your scheduled meetings. Multiple package options are available to fit different goals and budgets.
Schedules are built from your submitted rankings, active projects, and mutual relevance. Ahead of the event, every attendee shares which categories, companies, and project types matter most.
