The Commercial Exchange is an invitation-only event where commercial developers, owners, and operators meet pre-vetted suppliers and manufacturers in pre-scheduled, one-on-one meetings. It’s new for 2027 and uses the same format as our Multifamily and Single Family Exchange events.
Buyers at the Commercial Exchange represent developers, owners, and operators in hospitality, restaurant and foodservice, retail, mixed-use, and other commercial sectors and are typically leaders in procurement, development, construction, facilities, or design who have purchasing or specification authority.
Qualified buyers attend at no cost, and their travel and hotel are covered.
Attending suppliers are vendors and manufacturers who can supply commercial projects at scale. For 2027, we’re recruiting building systems and envelope, interior finishes and casework, furniture and fixtures, foodservice equipment, lighting and technology, and site and guest amenities.
Buyers and suppliers each preview who’s attending and rank who they want to meet. Our matching system uses those rankings to build a schedule of relevant, 20-minute meetings for each attendee.
Buyers generally have 20+ meetings over two days. Suppliers typically select a package with 8 or 16 guaranteed meetings.
