The Single Family Exchange is an invite-only event where production, custom, modular, and build-to-rent homebuilders meet vetted suppliers in pre-scheduled, one-on-one meetings instead of walking a trade show floor.
Buyer attendees at the Single Family Exchange represent national and regional production, custom, modular, and build-to-rent homebuilders. They are typically leaders in procurement, development, construction, asset management, or design who have purchasing or specification authority.
Attendance is complimentary for qualified buyers. Hotel, travel, meals, and evening events are covered.
Attending suppliers are vendors and manufacturers of the products that go into single family homes, from building products and HVAC to windows, flooring, smart home technology, and more.
Buyers and suppliers each preview who’s attending and rank who they want to meet. Our matching system uses those rankings to build a schedule of relevant, 20-minute meetings for each attendee.
Buyers generally have 20+ meetings over two days. Suppliers typically select a package with 8 or 16 guaranteed meetings.
